In a cover story featuring an interview with the Republican Senatorial candidate, Storobin spoke about his Israel visit, Obama’s Israel and Iran policy and the path towards Victory, in which he is confident he will defy the skeptics once again.

“These visits by the Gedolim of today’s decade was for me a special spiritual experience. Their words, empathy and interest – are a source of spiritual inspiration, that I am sure will guide me throughout my public service and beyond,” Storobin told the Bakhila.

While Storobin vowed to keep a constructive and positive campaign, by laying out his positions on the issues, and  giving a chance for the voters in the 17th Senate District to decide, Storobin also took the chance to tie his presumptive opponent, councilman Simcha Felder with President Obama, who is extremely unpopular among Orthodox Jewish voters in NY.

“Whoever votes for a Democratic Senatorial candidate is strengthening the Democratic party,” Storobin laid out his winning argument in which he plans to apply to his opponent on the path towards victory. “And whoever strengthens the Democratic party, is ultimately strengthening and supporting President Barack Obama. Barack Obama is not good for the Jewish nation, nor for Israel. The Obama administration is the responsible cause that lives of Jews across the World is less safe.  If he gets reelected for a 2nd term, and will feel strong enough, I’m afraid that his attitude towards Israel and Jews will only worsen, ” he explained.
